SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES:
Shipping charges vary by destination and shipping method. Shipping and handling will be automatically added to your order when you check out with our convenient "Calculate Shipping Rates" feature. Simply fill out your Country, State & Zip/Postal Code and desired shipping method.

SHIPPING OPTIONS: Core Image Group offers several affordable options for shipping and delivery.

$4.99 ANYTIME SHIPPING:  Through a partnership with FedEx, we are pleased to offer a simple, cost-effective method of delivery to Core Image Group customers. Ship anywhere in the Continental U.S. for one low price. Final delivery ranges from 3 days to 10 days depending on the actual delivery destination.

CUSTOMER PICK-UP:  Texas-based residents can opt to pick up their orders conveniently at the Core Image Group office for free! Simply select the CUSTOME PICK-UP and our staff will call the number we have on file to notify you that your order is ready to pick up.

PROCESSING & SHIPMENT TIMELINE:
Core Image Group makes every effort to ship your order as soon as possible. All orders are processed on a "On-Demand" basis. Order fulfillment generally takes between 7 to 10 business days depending on product availability. During our peak season (mid-July through October), high volume can cause slight delays. If an ordered product is out of stock, you will be notified via a phone message or email and the item will be canceled from your order.

SHIPPING EXCEPTIONS & RESTRICTIONS:

  • Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed.
  • Weather related shipping delays are not within the control of Core Image Group.
  • Orders are generally shipped on standard business days (Monday—Friday). USPS Orders will not ship on federal holidays. Please factor in all holidays when estimating delivery times.
  • Please allow 2-3 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
  • Fragile items, such as diploma frames, may have additional handling/packaging costs.
  • Canadian & other International orders may be subject to duties and/or taxes, due upon delivery.

 

NOTIFICATIONS & EMAILS:
After your initial online order, we will send you a confirmation email. It will include a list of the products you ordered, the shipping address and the total amount that will be charged to your credit card. You will also receive an order number that can be referenced in case you have any questions, concerns, or if you would like to request a change to your order.

You will receive a second email once your order has been shipped. This will list the status of all items ordered, date of processing, shipping method, and most likely include a tracking number.
